    Please ensure that you add the custom design fee in the link below to your order once for any 'bespoke' product added. This is a one time fee and does not need to be added more than once. We will not start your order before receiving this fee.

    Design Process

    Step 1
    Select the first product that you would like to add to your bespoke order, you can find the full collection by clicking on 'Custom Your Theme' on the website homepage.

    Step 2
    Click on the 'Upload Your Design Ideas Here' button, you can upload up to 5 files. These can include colour themes, photos, graphics or mood boards. If you have more than one product ordered from 'The Bespoke Collection' then you will only need to upload your files to one of the products, we will then apply your design across all the options you select within 'The Bespoke Collection'.

    Step 3
    Once your files are uploaded 2 boxes will appear to add any text or numbers, this is where you could add the event or persons name and age if required. E.g. Hannah's 30th Party!

    Step 4
    Add to cart.

    Step 5
    Add the Custom Design Fee (£30) to your cart, this is a one time payment which does not need to be added again if you order more than one product from 'The Bespoke Collection'. We cannot start your order before receiving this fee, therefore please ensure you check your final basket before paying.

    Step 6
    Our designers will review your order and send you a graphic of how your packaging will look within 4 working days of receiving your order, to the email you placed your order through. You will then get the opportunity to make a small amend if required.

    Step 7
    Once the design is approved we will then go to print and dispatch with the following 5-7 working days. 


    Delivery & Returns

    Your order will be dispatched within 5-7 working days once we have received approval from your final amends.
    We offer free delivery for all UK orders over £50.

    Any products which require constructing, will be sent flat packed for the customer to complete - please watch our 'How To' video for any help needed.

Frequently asked questions

Standard orders are dispatched within 5 working days and delivery takes 1-2 days. However we offer an express option to have your order with you the next working day. The Bespoke Collection is excluded from the express option.

Regretfully as all of our products are designed and bespoke just for you, we cannot accept any returns.
