At The Added Extras, each item is custom-made and personalised just for you, which means your order is created with care before it’s shipped. Below you’ll find details on our processing times, delivery estimates, and shipping terms.


Processing Times

All of our products are made to order.
Please allow 5-7 business days for your order to be designed, produced, and prepared for dispatch.
During busy periods, holidays, or promotional events, processing times may be slightly longer — but we’ll always do our best to keep you informed.


Shipping Times and Costs

Shipping times vary based on your location and chosen delivery method.
Estimated delivery times (after dispatch) are as follows:

  • UK: 2–5 business days

  • Europe: 5–10 business days

  • Rest of World: 10–20 business days

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

Please note that these are estimated timeframes provided by our delivery partners and are not guaranteed.


Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number (where available). You can use this to follow your delivery’s progress online.

If you haven’t received your dispatch email within the expected processing timeframe, please check your spam/junk folder or contact us at info@theaddedextras.com


Delivery Delays

We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by factors beyond our control, such as:

  • Courier or postal network disruptions

  • Customs delays

  • Weather conditions

  • Strikes or other unforeseen events

  • Incorrect or incomplete delivery details provided at checkout

We’ll always do our best to assist you in tracking or resolving a delay, but shipping delays do not qualify for refunds or replacements.


Shipping Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.
We are unable to reroute orders once dispatched, and we cannot replace or refund orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.


International Orders & Customs

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by your country’s customs office.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer. We have no control over these fees and cannot predict their amount.

If your order is returned to us due to unpaid customs fees or an incorrect address, we can reship it once postage costs have been repaid.


Lost or Missing Parcels

If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us at info@theaddedextras.com.
We’ll help investigate the issue with the courier.
A replacement may be offered once a parcel is confirmed as lost, in line with courier investigation procedures.
