How long will my order take until its with me?
Standard orders are dispatched within 5 working days and delivery takes 1-2 days. However we offer an express option to have your order with you the next working day. The Bespoke Collection is excluded from the express option.
Can I return an item?
Regretfully as all of our products are designed and bespoke just for you, we cannot accept any returns.
I'm looking for something more bespoke, could you help?
Do you have something specific in mind - a particular theme, colour or product that you want? Purchase the bespoke design fee and we can work directly with you on something extra special.
