Our complimentary personalisation service is all designed individually by hand, in house. As every item is unique to your order, there can be slight variations in the product.
We offer both capitalised, lower-case letters and numbers so please choose carefully how you wish your personalisation to appear when entering it into the personalisation box.

How long will my order take until its with me?

Standard orders are dispatched within 5 working days and delivery takes 1-2 days. However we offer an express option to have your order with you the next working day. The Bespoke Collection is excluded from the express option.

Can I return an item?

Regretfully as all of our products are designed and bespoke just for you, we cannot accept any returns.
